The Tapestry Dining Room

Richly decorated with its original 18th Century Churchill Tapestries (1710) which were presented by the States of Holland to General Charles Churchill when he was Military Governor of Brussels after the Battle of Ramillies, the Tapestry Dining Room is a fabulous location to hold a small wedding reception and dine in style. The ceiling in the dining room is by Sir James Thornhill, who did the painted hall at Greenwich. Up to 50 seated guests can be accomodated at round tables.

"The best I can say is that I very much look forward to coming again! Please do not change the informality of the walk, it is delightful."
