Following several years of successful cookery events around the county, local chef Lesley Waters has announced the launch in 2010 of her FOOD & WINE Workshops at Minterne House.

Well known for her unique presentation & enthusiasm, Lesley will personally host all her workshops at Minterne & along with her team aims to present a day guaranteed to inform, entertain & inspire you in the kitchen. 2010 Workshops will include a cookery demonstration, food tastings, wine tasting & lunch and the relaxed & social atmosphere, created by the ever present Lesley, is intended to make each day an extra special event.

In addition, in 2010, a limited number of 'hands-on' style classes will also be available. Open to small groups of just 6 people, these days will be spent cooking alongside Lesley in the historic Old Kitchens at Minterne House.
